I based my choices on my new most favorite patterned paper...On the Boardwalk by Graphic 45. Hey, it's all about the beach!!
I cut out a portion of the On the Boardwalk pattern and layered it on a piece of the She Sells Seashells (say that 3 times fast!) paper. The mats were made using the H2O collection from Couture Cardstock. The banner was stamped with a sentiment from Just For Fun ® Rubber Stamps and then hand cut.
~The flower was punched from the She Sells Seashells pattern. The base of the flower was die cut from black cardstock, using Spellbinders Flowers Creations 3.

I was singing the song all day yesterday . . . Under the Boardwalk, down by the sea . . . and not the Bette Midler version. Ya know, I love the flower you made but even better, and I know this is silly, but I love the 3 brads under the ribbon! I used to use brads all the time . . . what has happened to me!
