So this is a really different Halloween card for me! I’m used to doing cutesy ones for the grandkids. But I thought that this iron gate looking folder from the Cuttlebug Heritage set would make a good background for a Halloween scene.

The only thing I stamped is that great sentiment from the Our Craft Lounge Spooky Tags set. The bat and jack-o-lantern are grungeboard pieces. I coated the bat with Ranger Inkssentials black enamel accents, then outlined it with a silver leafing pen. The jack-o-lantern is backed with a piece of dark yellow cardstock, then coated with Glossy Accents and covered with Art Institute Turning Leaf glitter.
I dyed the seam binding with Ranger spiced marmalade Distress ink. And don’t you love the wooden Bingo token? It’s from Maya Road.
I also used the Drippy Goo border punch (Martha Stewart) and the Fanciful Labels embossing plus folder from Cuttlebug.
***ETA: I've entered this card in the Really Reasonable Ribbon challenge #10 - a Halloween creation using ribbon. Check it out!
