2021 Grandkids Christmas cards

Hi, all!

I'm popping in today to share the Christmas cards I made for my grandkids.

You can see the granddaughters' Christmas Trees card post and links for supplies HERE.

I used the Concord and 9th Cards Stacks base dies, and the Home for the Holidays stamps and dies for the grandsons.

They were fun to make and the kids love them!  Even the teenagers!!

Happy Wednesday morning!  This week our Color Throwdown colors are a beautiful palette of pastels: Orange, Peach, Pink, and Red.

Not your usual combo for a Christmas card, right?

~

~

I thought this would be a great combo for Christmas cards for some lovely young ladies that I know and love.  And it's a keepsake Christmas card! I used the Concord and 9th Card Stacks Base Die and the Tiny Trees stamps and dies.  These were such fun to play with and I will definitely be making more!

Best Friends Forever - Color Throwdown 482

Guess what!  It’s time for a brand new Color Throwdown challenge.  Barbara is our hostess and here is the soft and sweet palette she’s chosen for us:  Pink, Gray, and Kraft

I couldn’t wait to play with my brand new Mosaic Turnabout from Concord and 9th.  This stamp is awesome!  And so much fun to play with.  And look how great it looks as a background for 2 of my favorite little animal buddies from the Simon Says Stamp Best Friends stamp set.

Purrfect Love - A Valentine Showcase

~

Happy Friday!  I’m so glad the weekend is almost here!

Today on the A Day For Daisies blog we’re showing off our favorite Valentine images and using an inspiration board to create a card (or project).

~

I chose the adorable Purrfect Love for my card.  It’s a simple but super sweet image of 2 cats forming a heart with their tails!

~

~

I colored them with my Kuretake Zig Clean Color pens, then popped them up on foam tape over the “smooshed” watercolor background.  That wonderful sentiment was stamped using the Concord & 9th Sophisticated Script stamp set, then highlighted with a white gel pen.
