Botanicals - Color Throwdown #711

Happy Wednesday!  Our Color Throwdown challenge this week features some beautiful deep color hues - Turquoise, Yellow, Brown, and Green.

I love the contrast of the bright yellow and the deep teal.

For my background I used a TCW stencil called Mini Ferns, blending green ink on the teal paper.  The flower and leaves are from a Sizzix die set called Corsage dies. The arch is from the Ellen Hutson Essential Arches die set, and the sentiment is from the Papertrey Ink Tropics set.

Cut. It. Out! Another beautiful card with cool stuff that I think I need here in my creative world. Those arch dies and that fern stencil are not coming to live in the mitten. I just got in the SSS hummingbird die, which is all your fault, bad influence. Off to convince myself to focus on the pretty colors ( these are gorgeous ) and your style and not go shopping! Happy Fall because the calendar did not listen to my repeated request to put it off for another month and enjoy my most likely last 80* day.
