Hello, and happy Wednesday! It's once again time for a new Color Throwdown challenge, and this week our generic colors are Blush Pink, Dark Pink, and Cream.
~
And here is my card for the week:
~
I used the Simon Says Stamp Spring Flowers stamp set and Floral Shapes dies, along with the Folk Hearts dies from the Essentials by Ellen line. I used the shades of pink from the eggs in the vase instead of the pinks from the flowers. They worked better for a sympathy card.
The heart shape and the flower were cut from paper water colored with Distress inks.
Now it's your turn to play with these colors. Then be sure to share your creation with us at the Color Throwdown blog.
Here is where you can find some beautiful inspiration from our talented team:

Folk hearts are so charming! Your watercoloring is beautiful and soothing. Heartfelt sympathy card. I also like how you used shaped colored cardstock for a striking background. Here’s hoping April is a better month. Hugs!
