Love You - Color Throwdown 628

Hello and happy Wednesday once again! This week our color palette at the Color Throwdown is soft and sweet!  The generic colors are Pink, Lavender, Yellow, and Mint Green.

I took my cue for my creation from the variety of softly colored Valentine heart cookies in the inspiration photo.  My Stacked Hearts die from Simon Says Stamp was the perfect tool to create a similar likeness on my card.

The LOVE die and the YOU stamp are both from Papertrey Ink.  The stamp set is retired but the die is still available (link in supplies list at the end of the post).  To add a little sparkle I used Star Dust Stickles on the sentiment die cut and on 3 of the white hearts.

Sweet! Wonderful use of the colors and take off from the inspiration photo. Stickles sparkle looks good and icy. That “love” die is darling. My mailbox was SO happy to get that precious pink cable knit paper hug! Thank you for adding such delight to my aging. 😘
