With Sympathy - Color Throwdown #595

Happy Wednesday, y'all!  It's time for the latest Color Throwdown challenge!

Jodi is our hostess this week and the generic colors she's chosen are Black, White, and Turquoise!  I love this combo!

Sadly, I needed a sympathy card this week, so here is what I came up with:

I started with a water colored background, then simply added black leaves and a black heat-embossed sentiment.  A few rhinestones and some twine were all I needed to complete this CAS card.

Oooh! I've always loved this combo, too, from way, way back, and this is just so pretty with the black leaves on watercolor background. Love!

Very classy! Your combination of the DI inks is lovely. Black leaves are striking. I wouldn’t have thought to use turquoise on a sympathy card, but you pulled it off beautifully. Once again you are giving me something to think about as I create.
