Mondo Hydrangea - Color Throwdown #592

Happy Wednesday! 

Today Barbara is our hostess and she has a beautiful color combo for us to play with.  The generic colors are Aqua, Teal, Gray, and Gold.

I knew right away I wanted to CASE Kelly Latevola's watercolor cards HERE.  They are so beautiful!  I had to change the white heat embossing to gold in order to use the design for our color combo this week.  So this is my card:

The resulting look is not as impactful as Kelly's with her white embossing, but I'm still happy with it.

What a way to launch May!! LOVE the teal panel with that gold - - so elegant! Wonderful watercoloring, gold embossed leaf and pearl accents. That hydrangea is cool and you’re the ideal person to bring out its beauty. Hope you have a Happy Mother’s Day.
