Who’s ready for the latest Color Throwdown challenge? This week, Jodi is our hostess and she’s picked an awesome palette!

What a wonderful combo!
I didn’t get to color up the beautiful new Vintage Easter Egg from Power Poppy when it was released last month, and I REALLY wanted to play with it this week. These colors were perfect!!

Don’t you agree? I colored this beauty with my Copic Markers, then fussy-cut it, and popped it up over some pretty yellow patterned paper. Of course I had to use some turquoise ribbon to complement the ribbon in the image. And there just had to be a satin bow for Easter! Don’t you just love when your image already comes with the perfect sentiment? I know I do.
Now it’s your turn to play along with us! Give us a direct link to your creation on today’s post at the CTD blog. And PLEASE check out all the awesome beauty of the design team’s creative genius:

Oh love that you went with Easter. That big egg image is beautiful with your coloring. Love the background paper and ribbon Broni.

PRETTY! And shocked -- you didn't go Beachy with these colors. Love the ribbons (especially that satin :) and the scalloped edge on your yellow background paper. You always get the highest marks for your coloring and your fussy cutting. Your touches truly enhance the vintage feel of this image. And I'm all about vintage. Hope you are keeping your head above water, sweetie!

I do love me some yellow! Gee, I just finished a card with this image today and I was thinking the same thing about the built in sentiment. You sure colored this up pretty, Broni!
