The Challenge #75 - Out of the Cage

Hello, everyone!

It’s Monday again, and it’s Memorial Day!

A huge thank you to all the wonderful service men and women who have given their lives in service to our country. 

Since this is the 5th Monday of the month, at The Challenge we have a Wildcard challenge and Lesley has given us a great sketch to play with!

I’ve had this Birdcage die for quite a while and never used it, so I thought now would be a good time to try it out!  It works so well with the parrot from the Polynesian Paradise stamp set.

The bird was stamped in Antique Linen Distress ink and colored with Copic markers.  He’s popped up over the birdcage on foam mounting tape.

Ack! Love the colorful bird with the birdcage. So cute with the sketch. Works out perfectly. I have birdcages I've only used once and should probably make an effort.

Bright & Fun! Stamp in Antique Linen, huh? Like that you just see your beautiful coloring on the parrot. You always do such a great job on the sketches. For that you probably deserve three beers ;). Happy Hump Day Eve!
