Love & Hugs - Color Throwdown #381

HELLO!!

Is it time for a new Color Throwdown challenge?  Why yes, it is!!  Wanda is our hostess this week and here is her beautiful color palette:

I know my hues are not as soft as in the inspiration photo, but I just had to have some color pop!  This week’s colors are pink, light green, and kraft.

I used a sweet little image from Rubbernecker that’s new to me.  It’s call Cat with Blanket.  I could NOT resist it!!

First I prepared the water color background with Worn Lipstick and Cracked Pistachio inks.  Then I die cut the Sending from it and cut it twice more from some kraft cardstock.  I layered all 3 back into the water color background, then stamped the rest of the sentiment.

I water colored the cat and blanket using my Kuretake Clean Color pens and fussy cut it, then layered it on top using foam mounting tape.
