Purrfect Love - A Valentine Showcase

Happy Friday!  I’m so glad the weekend is almost here!

Today on the A Day For Daisies blog we’re showing off our favorite Valentine images and using an inspiration board to create a card (or project).

I chose the adorable Purrfect Love for my card.  It’s a simple but super sweet image of 2 cats forming a heart with their tails!

~

~

I colored them with my Kuretake Zig Clean Color pens, then popped them up on foam tape over the “smooshed” watercolor background.  That wonderful sentiment was stamped using the Concord & 9th Sophisticated Script stamp set, then highlighted with a white gel pen.

What an absolutely charming little card! While I have a bit of a traumatic history with cats (allergies in my youth), that didn't stop me from totally adoring this card! I love the cat image itself and how it's so whimsical. And you did an amazing job of coloring those feline friends! I also really like the vibrant color you added and how it has so many variations of red and pink. This card is fantastic and I'm so glad you shared it with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
