Um, yes, you read that right! At A Day For Daisies we’re showcasing the Pumpkin Heads! They are different and they are cute!
Today I’m using Dancing Pumpkin Head #1.
~
I printed her on Mixed Media paper and water colored her with my Kuretake Zig Clean Color brushes. I have an illness….I can’t put these things down. They are such a joy to use!
For the striped panel, I simply cut varied widths of 3 different colors of cardstock and adhered them diagonally to a piece of thin cardstock. Then I cut the entire piece using my Stitched Rectangles die.
I used this week’s Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #290:

And I’m entering this Pumpkin Head card into the Virginia’s View #19 Challenge – All Things Colored:

Be sure to check out all these cuties at the A Day For Daisies shop and at the ADFD blog. And please check out what the rest of the design team has created for your inspiration:

Thanks so much for dropping by! Have a wonderful weekend!
Oh, she is cute! Made me think of my youngest niece, who was dancing around earlier. REALLY like how you made your diagonals and cut them out, clever girl. Great use of the sketch and adding a few sequins to make it sparkle. I've decided the slightly less traditional shades of green and pink on this Halloween card make it oh so very perfect for a Beachy Girl like you. And for an UP north girl like me who has spent a good portion of the day in s-n-o-w, it was just what I needed to see as I snuggle in my jammies and hope when I wake up in the morning I'm not really mad at myself for not packing the ice scraper...
