Hello, everyone! And welcome to another showing of an amazing A Day For Daisies image. This one is called Vintage Cut Roses. Isn’t it lovely?
~
I colored these beauties with my Copic markers and added an embossed vellum layer behind the image layer. I stamped one of my favorite sentiments from the Essentials by Ellen Love You So stamp set in black ink onto the vellum. And how do you like the sprinkling of bronze sequins?
We’re starting a new challenge this week at the ADFD blog too…..ADD SOME LACE. I added a border die cut that looks like lace to my card. I hope you’ll play along with us!
This card was also made for 2 other challenges -

Thanks so much for dropping by! Have a great weekend and I’ll see ya next time!
Love the use of black, white and vellum to set off the pink rose. Perfection, as usual!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE those roses! Only way this could be better was if the roses were pale pink and it was sitting on my mantle :). Seriously -- great notion to let the stems hang down, toss on some pretty sequins and do up those lovely words in black on vellum. Hope you're having a wonderful weekend.
