Glitter Girl! - Color Throwdown #308

Hey, y'all!  It's time for a new Color Throwdown challenge!  Joan is our lovely hostess this week and she's got a bright and oh-so-fun color combo for us to play with:

I love it!

I pulled out some new stamps that I got at CKC Charlotte and ended up with super cool birthday card for someone special!

The rose is from the Pick a Posey set from Close to My Heart and the Glitter Girl and other graphics are from the Glitter Glam set also from Close to My Heart.  The sentiment is from the Strictly Sentiments 5 set from WPlus9.  I can't put that set down!

I added some sequins of course, and a little bit of Star Dust stickles to the Glitter Girl wings.

Fun, Fun, Fun! You done good shopping at the convention. These stamps definitely add pizazz to your fresh & colorful style. As always, you did an awesome job with the sketch. No stamping for me so far this week -- weeding, pruning, mowing, weeding and swatting skeeters til dark. At least I got to come inside, put on my jammies and gawk at your beautiful creation just before I call it a day. A definite bright spot!
