Sketchpad Feather 5 - Color Throwdown #254

Hello, friends!

It's time for the newest challenge from the Color Throwdown girls!  It's Barbara's turn to host and she's got a wonderful color combo as well as a great inspiration photo for us!

I decided to go with a scrappy type card.  Mostly because I wanted to show off this fabulous feather from this month's A Day For Daisies Club Kit.  This one's called Sketchpad Feather Five.  How gorgeous is this?

I incorporated most of my colors into the feather and then just added some scraps behind it using this week's Freshly Made Sketch #97:

It was a little tedious fussy-cutting the feather, but I think the end result was definitely worth it!

How clever of you to use a peacock feather to capture all the colors in that challenge! It is gorgeous, of course, and I love the way you repeated them by using them in the matting and the banners. Great card!
