FTTC214 - Layered Ribbon

Hello, everyone!  Welcome to this week's edition of the Timeless Tuesday challenge!  Denise is our hostess and she's challenged everyone to play with Layered Ribbon.  Doesn't that sound like fun?

I decided to go for a rainbow effect using all different colors for my card today.

My main image is the Just My Type sentiment which I stamped twice, once in Teal Zeal (second generation) and once in Love Letter red.   I cut the whole sentiment in teal using the Perfectly Pierced Classic Hourglass die and then the red one using the smaller oval from the Perfectly Pierced Victorian Oval dies.

I layered a piece of patterned paper from the Collectable "Unforgettable" collection onto a layer of Emerald Coast paper, then stitched on several layers of ribbon and seam binding, including Basque Red, Bangkok Red, and Teal Blue.

The sentiment layers were attached with foam tape and the leaves for the flowers were cut from the Pistachio paper collection.

I love this ribbony rainbow of color and texture, Broni! The stitching is fun, too. The layered flower is the perfect accent. And, the stacked greeting is great. Love the bold colors and the whole thing. Fab!
