Flourishes 5th Birthday - It's a Banner Day!

It's Flourishes 5th Birthday and we think that's a reason to celebrate! So... we are ushering in a 2-4-6-8, Help Flourishes Celebrate Day! We think that's a banner of a day and that's why banners are the focus of this final challenge for today! If you missed our 2PM Challenge, just click HERE. HOW TO PLAY: We're celebrating a Banner Day! So, use a banner or pennant style embellishment on your card or creation! Use Flourishes stamps if you have them -- your entries will count twice. If you don't have Flourishes stamps, play along anyway, you could win some! If you upload to SCS, please use the keyword FLLCIS5D. You have until August 31st to enter and can enter as many times as you like!

I wanted it to be bright, happy and fun!  I think I may have accomplished that by using the ColourQ #150 for this week!

I cut out one of the fabulous images from the new Garden Picks stamp set using my Silhouette Cameo and then colored it up with my Copic markers.  I scored the background teal layer vertically and used little pennant stickers to create my banner.

Broni, Your coloring on the flowers is beautiful but I am most intrigued by the perfectly dreamy way you colored the jar. I brought back my childhood memories of my mother canning in the old light blue Mason canning jars. Thanks for the wonderful memory. Oh...wait....I also remember having to snap beans by the bushel basket and shuck ears of corn by the dozens. That wasn't so much fun. LOL!
