This week's Color Throwdown is being hosted by Cathy. She's going to be taking a break, so this will be her last week to participate in the Throwdown for a while. Please be sure to stop by to see her! Here are the colors she chose:

I decided to also play along in the Copic Creations blogoversary challenge. You're supposed to choose your favorite technique that they've showcased this past year and use it in your creation. I chose to use the "blonde hair" technique. It seems that I do that a lot anyway. Maybe that's because almost everyone in my family is blonde! And I guess this also uses the "Caucasian skin" technique as well.
Here's my blonde creation:

I had already stamped this Ching-chou Kuik image on watercolor paper, but I really wanted to use my Copics to color her, so I thought "Why not?" And that's why she's colored with Copic markers on watercolor paper.
It didn't take much to blend the colors, and I actually enjoyed how easily the color flowed. I just may have to do this some more!
We would love for you to play along with us in the Color Throwdown! Can you handle it??
