Yay! It's my week to host the Color Throwdown challenge! For my inspiration, I chose this awesome tank top from Anthropologie. I love the beautiful patterns and textures as well as the color mix!
~
I'm using one of the brand new releases from Our Craft Lounge - Everyday Sentiments. The OCL DT is teaming up with May Arts this week. That's why there's also a lot of textural goodness on my card today! Check out who's showing their creations by visiting the OCL blog!
~
Along with drawing inspiration from the colors, I also used the color gradation, the multiple patterns and the lacy texture in my creation. Don't you love those adorable mini pom-poms?
We'd love for you to join in the Color Throwdown challenge with us this week! You'll just need to check out all the details on the CTD blog and please be sure to visit all the Color Throwdown designers' blogs as well ~

Thanks so much for stopping in to visit today! I'll be back tomorrow with another OCL - May Arts creation! I hope you'll come back!
Hugs~

Oh my, but this is pretty. I have to be completely honest, I am not usually a big fan of orange, but I LOVE how you used the color in this card! The flower, the use of the May Arts pom-Pom ribbon, it all just works so beautifully with the OCL stamps. Really a beautiful card.

Wow...I love the color palette here...orange has always been one of my favorite colors, and you really made it pop. The sketchy/etchy Eiffel tower background is so chic. I really like the layered border at the bottom, too. Tres magnifique!
